I can think of a way in which La Virgen de Guadalupe could be considered a hostile figure or even a terrorist - cosmologically: as a tool for assimilating indigenous religion and thereby making a Central American population more manageable by the Spanish Empire, whose Church’s religious hegemony would be a key institution of social control. The intent of the piece is meant to parody state-sponsored racist oppression by the mock targeting of a culturally beneficent Centroamerican religious figure, but by my estimation Our Lady of Guadalupe (in her most orthodox interpretations) is (or at least was) part of the problem.
